How Knotchat digital services are delivered

Digital Services Only
Knotchat is an online video chat platform. All products sold on knot.chat, including VIP and SVIP access, are digital services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
Because nothing physical is shipped, no shipping carriers, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses are involved in any purchase.
How Digital Purchases Are Delivered
Digital purchases are delivered electronically to your Knotchat account:
- VIP and SVIP access is activated on your account immediately after a successful payment, typically within a few minutes.
- A purchase confirmation is provided by the payment provider after checkout.
- There are no shipping or handling fees for any purchase.
If Your Purchase Has Not Arrived
If your paid access is not active within a reasonable time after payment, please log out and back in first. If it is still missing, contact us with your account email and payment reference, and we will investigate.
